OPEN ATICKET.

Don't DM devs. Don't ping the devs. Don't flood chat. Open a ticket. it's literally what the system is for.

Reality Check

We built an entire support system. Use it.

There are categories, forms, logs, and actual humans who can pull up your account, check bot sessions, trace packets, and figure out why your setup imploded.

But NO. you'd rather sprint into #english-chat screaming “MY BOT BROKE HELP” like we're all sitting around waiting for your personal emergency broadcast.

We're not. We're debugging hex dumps at 3 AM. Your “devs???” is not getting priority service.

The Evidence

The daily parade of suffering:

  • My bot won't connect.Ticket.
  • Proxy keeps timing out.Ticket.
  • Script throws an error.Ticket.
  • Tutorial is stuck on phase 12.Ticket.
  • My account got flagged.Ticket.
  • Pathfinder walks into lava.Ticket.
  • Inventory not syncing.Ticket.
  • How do I set up proxies?Ticket.
  • Bot disconnects after 30 seconds.Ticket.
  • World won't load.Ticket.
  • Auto-collect not picking up gems.Ticket.
  • Can someone write me a script?Absolutely not. But also ticket.
  • It just says "Disconnected".Incredible detail. Ticket.
  • DEVS???TICKET, YOU WALNUT.

What Not To Do

Things that will NOT get your problem solved:

  • Pinging every devs simultaneously like a woodpecker on amphetamines
  • Typing "hello???" seventeen times in two minutes
  • DMing the devs your entire life story plus a screenshot of your desktop
  • Opening a ticket and then immediately spamming general asking why nobody answered yet
  • Posting "bot broken" with zero context like we're supposed to telepathically divine which of your 47 bots on which of your 12 proxies in which of the 300 worlds is having issues
  • "it doesn't work". Congratulations, that narrows it down to everything
  • Asking the same question in 4 different channels hoping one will answer faster
  • Tagging the dev team at 4 AM because your bot can't find a path to a key

Why Tickets Work

We can literally see your bot sessions.

When you open a ticket, support can pull up your account, check logs, see your connection history, proxy status, world state, your everything.

When you spam “bro help my bot is broken” in chat, we see exactly nothing. No bot ID, no account, no error. Nothing.

Ticket = we can fix it.
Chat = we stare at your message and slowly lose the will to live.

Patience

“But I opened a ticket and nobody answered!!!”

How long has it been? Ninety seconds? Three minutes? There are other people, with other problems, who opened tickets before you. The queue exists. Time is linear. Your bot disconnect is not a national emergency.

Your job after opening a ticket is simple: exist quietly.

No Exploits

There is no cheat code.

No secret dev backdoor. No “type @devs 47 times for premium support” exploit. No hidden NPC in chat that spawns a developer. The process doesn't change because you're upset, typed in caps, or threatened to “go to the competition”. Go, please, genuinely, they'll love you there.

Read This Twice

Developers are not support.

Developers write the code. Support agents handle tickets. These are different people with different jobs. The developer is not sitting in Discord waiting for you to @ them about your proxy config.

The developer is elbow-deep in packet serialization at 2 AM. Your “@dev my bot won't connect” is getting ignored because that is not their job.

Developer ≠ your personal tech support.
Ping a dev = get ignored and muted. Congratulations.

The Protocol

How to actually get help:

1

Open a ticket

2

Describe the problem

3

Wait

That's it. Three steps. A literal toddler could do it. We believe in you.

Be Specific

“Describe the problem” does NOT mean:

  • "it's broken"What is?
  • "doesn't work"What doesn't?
  • "help"With what?
  • "error"Which error?
  • "bot is doing something weird"Poetic. Useless.
  • [screenshot of their entire desktop with 47 tabs open]Thanks for the wallpaper.

Include your key, the error message, the script, the world, and what you were trying to do. Explain it to someone who can't read your mind. Because we can't.

Love Letter

A love letter to the regulars.

To the person who opens a ticket every 20 minutes about the same issue. Stop. To the one who DMs every staff member with the same screenshot, we talk to each other... We can see you doing it. To whoever responds to “open a ticket” with “can't you just check real quick”. No. It will always be no.

To everyone who opens tickets properly, includes details, and waits patiently: you are the reason we haven't quit. Thank you. Genuinely.

0

seconds you've spent reading this instead of opening a ticket

So from every dev who has ever wanted to throw their keyboard through a wall.

STOP. SPAMMING. CHAT.

OPEN A TICKET.

It's right there. It's always been right there. Click it.

Thank you. Now go do it.
